Undergeneral supervision of a Senior Custodian Supervisor, Principle, MSO and/or Sr.Superintendent of Physical Plant, you will provide supervision for Assistant CustodianSupervisors, Sr. Custodians and Service Partners in the cleaning of the MedicalCenter. Executes corrective actions andtraining programs. Major functions include the assigning of work, inspection ofwork, performance improvement processes and the training of staff in propercleaning procedures and safe equipment operation. Salary Range: $35,200 - $62,400
* Ability to establish and maintain effectiveworking relationships with school administrators and staff. * Ability to express ideas clearly, bothorally and in writing. * Ability to learn and properly utilizevarious machines/equipment especially as machines/equipment is upgraded. * Ability to plan, train and provide workdirection to other in a manner that is conducive to full performance and highmorale of the employee. * Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb stairs and ladders for long periods of times. * Knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies,equipment, building fixtures and equipment. * Must be able to respond to emergencies andwork in inclement weather, as needed. * Must be able to rotate between a day/nightshift, as directed. * Must have a knowledge of effective cleaningtechniques and routine preventive maintenance;
