Bliss Car Wash is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership/Single Wash Package for their vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Work at different BLISS sites as needed
- Great guests with a smile, and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
- Offer & Sale BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
- Offer & Sale BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, SALES-oriented individual.
- Highly energetic, positive attitude and goal oriented.
- Able to Meet/Exceed Sales Targets
- Able to process payments.
- Provide excellent service to ensure that ALL guests have a BLISSFUL experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Follow company safety protocol.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Be a team player.
Qualifications/Experience:
- PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge:
- Must always maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
- Must pay attention to detail.
Leadership Skills:
- Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through.
Work Schedule:
- Looking for FULL-TIME employees that have the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Work at different BLISS car wash locations as needed.
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Able to clearly communicate operational concerns to Management.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Operations Manager.
