Job Overview

The Paid Media Coordinator will be responsible for paid media account activities and provide support to the Paid Media Manager. They will work within the Paid Media team to ensure excellent profitability and stable paid media spending. They will need to be highly organized in order to execute their day-to-day responsibilities. Within the Meta Ads Manager, they will be responsible for setting up new ads and campaigns as well as coordinating with the internal team to create new ad creatives and ad copy for testing.

The Paid Media Coordinator will report to the Head of the Paid Media Department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support for Paid Media Manager and Media Buyers when needed
  • Working with the Creative team to produce new ad creatives
  • Set up ad campaigns in the Meta Ads Manager
  • Help coordinate and manage projects with our Amazon agency
  • Take notes during meetings, add notes to Monday.com to keep Monday.com updated
  • Keep on top of weekly and monthly performance reporting
  • Manage paid media inbox and respond to the majority of requests/questions
  • Set up whitelisting requests with influencers
  • Keep Paid Media and Marketing Google drive organized
  • Create and manage Monday.com Tasks for Paid Media Department including but not limited to:

Copywriting requests

- Ad creative requests

- Marketing campaign requests

- Paid media requests

- Whitelisting requests

- Design requests and creative briefs

- Holiday and promotional asset development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
