Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a knack for data accuracy? Join our team as a Proficient Data Entry Office Assistant! We are seeking a talented individual who can ensure the seamless entry and maintenance of critical information in our fast-paced office environment. (Previous experience is required)

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the organization and management of data records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.
  • Accurately input a high volume of data into our systems with a minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Office Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with exceptional accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and respect for data confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
