The TikTok Monetization Product's mission is to build an all-in-one digital platform for businesses, creators, and users to create value and trust, inspire creativity and bring joy to each other.

We are looking for a senior Product Manager to build products and solutions that will help advertisers and brands maximize their value from TikTok across all of their paid channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers and users.

Responsibilities
  • Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of advertisers, especially Performance and E-commerce advertisers
  • Partner closely with User Product team, engineering team and other cross-functional teams to develop, test, and launch products
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch (note: this does not include total years of experience)
  • Highly analytical and laser-focused on the needs of the user, with the ability to define product roadmap despite ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Data-oriented but will not freeze if little data is available
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA degree
  • PM experience in ads ranking/delivery strategy
  • PM experience in search advertising or organic search ranking
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Fluency or native in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with stakeholders

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161280 - $303240 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
