The Opportunity...
Centerfield is seeking an experienced L&D Designer and Facilitator to join our Learning and Organizational Development team! Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organizational Development, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining various learning solutions including, but not limited to, ILT, VILT, eLearning, on-the-job training, mentorship, and continuous education. This role will have the ability to make a real impact on the effectiveness of our teams at all levels of the organization, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about enabling and empowering employee and leadership growth

How You'll Contribute...

  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis across various teams and functions within the organization.
  • Curate and assign content leveraging existing catalogue of eLearning courses.
  • Assist with designing, executing, and maintaining various learning and development programs within the organization.
  • Research, design, and develop new content for a variety of topics in each of the following areas: soft skills; technical skills; leadership skills.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training programs, workshops, and other learning events to support organizational development needs.
  • Develop all program assets and materials including slides, facilitation guides, learner workbooks, job aids, program overviews, participant guides, etc.
  • Develop assessment instruments where applicable.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and workshops using various methods, including surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Assist with LMS management, including access management, troubleshooting, and working to find more creative ways to better leverage its capabilities, resulting in further usage and adoption.
  • Guide and advise individual contributors and leaders on L&D related topics.

What We're Looking For...

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a relative field.
  • 3+ years of Instructional Design and Facilitation experience including writing curriculum, developing content, virtual and in-person facilitation, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Understanding of, and the ability to apply, the latest thinking in adult learning concepts and techniques.
  • Experience coaching individual contributors and leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and/or other presentation modes.
  • Excellent analytical skills; advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience training and coaching leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow through proficiencies, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.

Nice-to-have's

  • Experience using survey tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey).
  • Experience using an LMS.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning.
  • Understanding and knowledge of DiSC personality styles model.
  • Experience working in Tech.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
