Our Sales team is the first point of contact for consumers that reach out to us for help. Also known as Debt Consultants, they will be responsible for making contact with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, developing relationships and guiding them through the qualification and enrollment process.

This is a Remote position currently open to applicants who have prior debt settlement or related sales experienced only.
This is a phone sales job. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required), but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.
This role is hourly + commission. On average, a first-year sales representative can expect to earn $55,000 or more. Experienced sales reps can make $100k+

Responsibilities include:
Take inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services online
Evaluate potential clients' situation and provide options to help pay off their debt
Quote payment options and explain program details
Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files
Schedule is Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Friday 9:00a-5:00p.
Requirements:
1+ years of prior sales, inside sales preferred but not required
The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
Must be energetic and self-motivated
Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools
Must be within a commutable distance to our office in West Palm Beach, FL
