Reservation Specialist [United States]


 

Job Description:

The Reservation Specialist is responsible for the management of all reservations at Trees company. They are the first point of contact for our customers and are expected to be professional, courteous, and empathetic. The Reservation Specialist will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that all reservations are handled efficiently and professionally.

Essential Functions:

  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of booking options.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, chats, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding their bookings by providing detailed information about their appointment or answering questions about our services.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding customer needs and requirements.
  • Build relationships with vendors based on trust and build rapport through phone/email/chat interactions.
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
  • Answering calls promptly, ensuring records get kept accurately, and acting as a liason between the customer and the company.
  • Helping clients online and over the phone.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (2) two to (5) five years with a stable work history preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service/support is highly desirable.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips
