JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist understands the needs of the business to partner with the OD team and HR Business Partners to deliver practical, value-added business solutions. They oversee and creates consistency in the implementation, coordination, evaluation and project management of organizational development program lifecycles such as performance management. They align work flow based on identified priorities. The incumbent guides the department in developing and gathering metrics. They participate as needed in the consultation and design of new requests and projects, and oversee the operationalization and tracking of all organizational development programs.

The incumbent coordinates an annual cadence of program management for OD including survey and action planning for the employee experience, performance management and talent management. The Specialist will have accountability for the documentation of resources and processes (e.g. talent management templates and process), provide project management support for major OD projects and quantify and communicate activities and results (projects results and ROI, employee experience analysis, etc.).

The Specialist maintains effective and positive collaborative relationships across the Health Network.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in organizational development, performance management, talent management and/or succession planning or equivalent combination of education.
Must have experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated commitment through actions to diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
Requires the ability to adapt and reprioritize quickly under changing business circumstances.
Requires the experience and demonstrated ability to both participate and see projects through the development phase, as well as leading the programs throughout implementation and scale (e.g., facilitating information sessions, leading the selection process, enrolling participants, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in collaborative relationships within a large and/or highly matrixed healthcare organization or facility is strongly preferred.
