We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The ideal candidate will be organized with administrative or project management experience in construction. Must have good verbal and written skills with attention to detail. Has knowledge of or willing to learn ins and outs regarding permits, contractors, invoicing, obtaining bids, and various other duties associated with building projects. This position will require project coordination, clerical work, and personal assistant duties.

Duties:
- Answering phones and greeting Customers(potential customer Pre qualification)
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinating projects and events
- Filing and maintaining records
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Performing clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying
- Assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Proofreading documents for accuracy

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a Construction office setting is preferred but not required
