One of our flagship products, EniumX, is a state-of-the-art mobile and web application designed to streamline the sales process, helping sales reps to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated, part-time Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued users.
Job Description:
As a part-time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our EniumX users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and slack. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and slack.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the EniumX product to assist customers with any technical issues, account management, or general product queries.
- Track customer interactions using tools such as HelpScout and JIRA.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the knowledge base by documenting customer issues and solutions.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and conversational English skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Familiarity with customer support tools such as HelpScout, Intercom or JIRA is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, evenings M-F. Preferred 6 pm to 11 pm (AST)
- Able to thrive in a remote work environment. Office available if preferred.
Compensation:This part-time position offers an hourly rate of $18.
